Graduate Degree Program
In cooperation with CITY UNIVERSITY LOS ANGELES (since 1974), graduate university degree programs are available to qualified candidates who wish to pursue either master or doctoral degrees in such areas as Natural Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, Ergonomics, Waste Management Control, Nutritional Science (though OWC holds that "the science of nutrition as taught in universities is a false science, in that when followed as taught, the consequences are sickness, suffering, onset of 'dis-ease conditions,' loss of 'quality of life,' repeated pain, and ultimately, premature death), Naturopathy, Life Science and other subjects.
CULA employs a distance education model that is considered one of the most considerate, tested, and is one of the oldest in the United States of America. For more information, visit the City University Los Angeles Web Site.
The programs are self-paced; require an applicant to
- have the prerequisite academic qualifications
- be in pursuit of an achievable educational or career objective
- be in a position to comfortably pay the Annual Tuition assessed for the respective program.
It is also important to be capable of "guided, independent study," and to come to the table with some prior education and/or experience in the area of your intended major.
Everyone is required to do a Major Paper, Thesis or Dissertation in addition to Study Plan course work. Your "thesis topic" should be personally motivating.
