As Rod Serling said: "There are many stories in the 'Thylight Zone.' This is but one of them." What this discussion is all about is for our parents— and grandparents—to see the real problems our children face, without vision or instruction! What is the biggest killer of our children? Is it drug use? Is it school violence? Is it street crime? Is it in-home violence? Is it suicide? Is it vehicular accidents? Is it sickness? Is it military service? No! The number one killer of our children in America is cancer! While you are overcoming your shock, let us review what, in Natural Hygiene literature and information, is identified as the principal cause of cancer? The answer is diet (the things consumed as food and drink). The Standard American Diet (SAD) consists of denatured, cooked, oily, preserved, enriched, "fast," sweetened, colored, flavored, animal-based, chemically ‘enhanced,’ irradiated (treated with low doses of radiation (to lengthen shelf life and to enhance pre-rotten appearance), and salt-filled foods, very often consumed with additional condiments and various peppers or pepper sauces. It could be proven—in fact—that SAD kills more of our children than drug consumption, vehicular accidents, suicide and several other causes combined! Why is this, you ask? Because parents are unaware of what is killing their children!
 Working and non-working parents seek ways to “get their children to eat.” Wall Street seeks ways to get parents to buy, whatever children want! Advertisers appeal to the children, who take their parents by the hand and are led to their own demise! It is a vicious game of who controls the dollars. "Did you say, McDonald’s?" or was it "Chuck E. Cheeze?" (To be continued....)
